Cain Athletic Center is the home playing venue for Washington College's volleyball and men's and women's basketball teams as well as the location of many athletic offices, the athletic training room, the equipment room, and several lockerrooms. Various intramural sports also take place in Cain. An historic facility, Cain has undergone several changes in recent years, including the construction of coaches' offices overlooking the court, the expansion of the athletic training room, and the installation of new bleachers and scorers' tables. With the proximity of the fans to the court, Cain is considered one of the toughest home venues in the Centennial Conference.
